OUR WARRANTY POLICY

  • All our products and services are guaranteed for 30 days, unless otherwise indicated (e.g.: sold as is). 

  • It is only possible to get a credit or an exchange for a product or a service of the same value. 

  • No refunds are given. 

  • The customer has to show a proof of purchase or service (e.g.: receipt) with a date on it. 

  • ​All products are identified with a unique serial number registered in a data base which can be verified to avoid fraud.
